Helping organisations
think more clearly
and get to the heart of communicate what matters

Working across all sectors,

I create drawings that

capture key messages, map strategies
and bring human stories to life.
I do this at live events
and within strategic illustrations.

I cannot easily describe in words how much Caroline’s amazing images
are transforming our work and the impact it is able to have.

Senior lecturer marine social science, Newcastle University

I turn complex ideas and conversations into visuals people can remember and act on.

My drawings catch people’s attention and stay with them.

They can also capture personal experiences, helping people see something from someone else’s point of view.

Three ways to work together

01

Graphic Recording

Turning live conversations into visual stories

Graphic recording, sometimes called live illustration or live scribing, is a hand-drawn picture of your talk, meeting or event, drawn as it happens. People watch their conversation take shape on the wall, and afterwards you have a record you can keep using.

It’s used at conferences, away days, workshops and strategic meetings, anywhere a shared picture is worth more than a page of notes.

"Caroline’s subtle presence, depth of listening and focus brought to life a visual summary that blew me away."

— Dr Rehana Sidat, Award-Winning Transformational Leader and Managing Director, RHEOSTRATA

02

Illustration

Complex ideas to clear visual stories

I turn complex ideas into clear, structured pictures that people understand and connect with. It might be a strategy map, a case for change, a process or a set of values.

We work it out together, and each picture works as a whole and in parts, across presentations, reports and social media.

“You pushed me to clarify my thinking and hone the key concepts. Our conversations helped me strengthen my thinking.”

— Julie Smith, Leadership coach and award-wimming author of Coach Yourself Confident

03

Personal Stories

Sharing real-life experiences through visual storytelling

Hand-drawn pictures of one person’s experience, in their own words, from a one-to-one conversation or drawn live at an event.

One story can show what a policy looks like from the inside, what a period of change has really felt like, or why the work matters. They’re especially valuable for leadership teams and organisations going through change.

"You were deeply thoughtful and committed to getting it right. The final illustrations reflect not only your artistic skill but also your sensitivity to the topic and its importance."

— Centre for Justice Innovation

About me.jpg

About Caroline

I’m a London-based graphic recorder and illustrator, with more than a decade in this work and two decades in communications before that, across finance, technology and media. I work with corporate, public sector and NGO clients across the UK and Europe.

I’m known for bringing clarity, expression and heart to the most complex or difficult of subjects. My work is about the thinking as much as the drawing. I love business, and I’m fascinated by how it works. And I love my work. It was hard won, and it brings together everything I’ve learned, at work and in life.
